  • Do you offer in-store pick-up?
    At this time, all sales are delivery only. Rest assured your products will arrive safely packaged and on-time. Feel free to contact us for more details.
  • Must I create an account in order to purchase?
    No, an account is not needed in order to make a purchase. At the payment screen, you will be asked to provide shipping and payment information but there is no sign-up required to complete the transaction.
  • What payment methods are accepted?

  • Do you offer product support and/or troubleshooting?
    Support and/or troubleshooting can be found by reaching out to the manufacturers of each product. We carry many reputable brand names with excellent customer service and professional help. If you have a specific question related to a damaged or malfunctioning item and the manufacturer has not responded, you may contact us (within 20 days of receiving the product) to request a refund.   • Do you ship products internationally?

  • How are returns handled?
    If the product(s) from your order arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of the date your order was delivered (or the maximum allowable amount of time allotted by the shipping company to file a claim for a damaged package) and keep ALL of the original packaging from the shipment.     No worries! We want to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event that you are looking for a specific item that you don’t see listed in our inventory.
